1. Summary
| 10 | CLOSED | N-01, BM-11, BM-06, BM-08, BM-04, BM-09, N-02, N-03, N-04, BM-05. The only blocker (N-01) and all five material residuals are closed. |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | RESIDUAL | None of the ten remains open. |
| 3 | NEW · CLARITY | H-21 to H-30 introduced three small wording gaps (C-01 to C-03). None changes behavior, none can produce divergent bytes against the golden corpus, and each is a one-sentence edit. |
| 0 | REGRESSIONS | None of the ten findings closed at H-20 has reopened. |
2. The ten re-checked findings
N-01H-20: BLOCKINGCLOSED
W002-UI-ACC-019 now tests the F-01 architecture
- E W002-UI-ACC-019 is retitled "No standalone Work Order Description acceptance". Its body is the five-part F-01 §15.4 gate, matching Pass 1 log §15.4 point for point: no editable Description field; no mutable or hidden description store; editing any WKO byte yields a derived draft; predecessor bytes, filename and UUID unchanged; the draft cannot Run until saved. The obsolete "editing the human-facing description" text is gone. The gate now agrees with W002-UI-023 and W002-STOR-018, and no other WASM-002 requirement mentions a description store or editor.
BM-11H-20: MATERIALCLOSED
The CONVERT undefined-byte golden Receipt is now reachable
- E The golden Receipt's source is
undefined_81.csv, which is eligible under W002-WKO-009.1. Its bytes are41 81 42, and the Receipt serializesWINDOWS-1252-INCOMPATIBLE, offset1,NOT_RUN×2,NO,NONE. All six review inputs now use.csvnames, and I independently recomputed both their first strict-UTF-8 failure and their first undefined byte (1, 2, 0, 3, 1, 1), matchingINPUT_ORACLES.csv. The golden and review copies are byte-identical.
BM-06H-20: MATERIALCLOSED
The Inventory review Suitcase is now reachable and fully packaged
- E The registry MAP is now
__DS__MAP__20261007T145000000Z__…102.csv. It shares the WKO's save UTC (W002-STOR-018.3), registers exactly that WKO with its exact alias, and predates the run. - E
Archive/.keepsurvives extraction, so the packaged Suitcase has five regular root files and one immediate directory. Every byte length in the expected INV matches the packaged files; the INV is non-recursive, so.keepis correctly not inventoried. The expected Receipt is byte-identical to the golden copy.
BM-08H-20: MATERIALCLOSED
The MATERIALIZE publication row is split by successor-MAP stage, with a fixture for each side
- E W002-RCP-007 now has two publication rows. If the successor-MAP stage was never entered (including new-Store RID/COL identity or promotion refusal),
SUCCESSOR_MAP_FILENAMEisNOT_RUN. If it was entered but no MAP was published, the value isNONE. Both follow the W002-RCP-006 ownership rule. - E
REFUSED__MATERIALIZE__PUBLICATION.txtserializes NOT_RUN ×3. The newREFUSED__MATERIALIZE__MAP_PUBLICATION_STAGE.txtserializesRID_ACTION: CREATED, the exact RID filename stamped inside its run (15:02:40.500), andSUCCESSOR_MAP_FILENAME: NONE, consistent with the H-11 RID matrix and with S-04 (MAP identity is allocated after RID/COL promotion). See C-02 for one wording point this fixture exposes.
BM-04H-20: MATERIALCLOSED
The already-valid-UTF-8 CONVERT refusal is frozen and fixtured
- E W002-RCP-008 freezes
SOURCE_ENCODING: UTF-8, offsetNOT_RUN,NOT_RUN×2,NO,NONE. The vague "earlier frozen F-10 refusal form" clause is replaced by an explicit two-case NONE rule, with NOT_RUN for other classification refusals. W002-CONV-ACC-001 requires the byte-exact Receipt. - E The new golden Receipt's source
already_valid_utf8.csvis exactly63 61 66 C3 A9 0D 0A, which I confirmed decodes as strict UTF-8. The Receipt matches the frozen values, passes the validator, and is byte-identical to its review copy.
BM-09H-20: MATERIALCLOSED
The repairable-DEGRADED routing refusal has its own diagnostic
- E DS-MAT-017 (ERROR, MATERIALIZATION_ROUTING, REFUSE,
RUN_REPAIR_MAP) requiressource_filename,current_map_filename,rid_filename,store_healthandbroken_col_count. It applies only when the RID is valid and at least one COL is broken and at least one survives; the all-broken case stays DS-MAT-015. - E W002-HELP-001.6 binds the refusal to DS-MAT-017 and makes
current_map_filenamethe exact MAP that the analyst's REPAIR MAP Work Order must name.RUN_REPAIR_MAPis suggestion-only. The DS-MAT-010 ambiguity is resolved. See C-01 for a stale table preamble.
N-02H-20: CLARITYCLOSED
Stale routing and recovery-evidence wording is corrected
- E W002-MAT-ACC-002 now routes under W002-STOR-019.2 using "routable Store lineage" and "current structurally valid Store MAP", and tests the no-routable and multiple-routable cases. W002-MAT-002.7 now sends unremovable residue to W002-STOR-023.1 as non-authoritative evidence, with no manufactured attribution.
N-03H-20: CLARITYCLOSED
The pinned-diagnostics JSON is canonical
- E Independently checked: UTF-8 with no BOM, LF only, final LF. Exactly
registry_versionanddiagnostics, with"1". 28 unique IDs in ascending order, all matchingDS-[A-Z]{3}-[0-9]{3}. Exactly seven fields per entry, in canonical order, with sorted, unique, disjoint fact arrays. All 28 rows match the two W002-HELP-001.8 tables on severity, phase, behavior, next action and facts. (The filename still carries "H20", which is cosmetic.)
N-04H-20: CLARITYCLOSED
DS-UTC-001 declares its MAP profile
- E DS-UTC-001 now requires
map_profile, with exactly two values:STOREorWKO. The P2-03 clock-order rule lists it, the undeclared "operation field" sentence is replaced, and Help must select exits frommap_profilealone. The JSON and the oracle agree. See C-03 for the acceptance lines.
BM-05H-20: CLARITYCLOSED
Traceability is refreshed against H-29
- E The refresh has 34 findings and 241 clause rows, and every requirement ID it names exists in H-30. It adds a "Target final state" column. F-01 §15.4 names W002-UI-ACC-019 and records its H-21 replacement. F-16 §19.1 now points to W002-CONV-002.4 and W002-RCP-008, and no row uses W002-GLOSS-037 as a home. F-12 §16.6 includes W002-HELP-001.8, the DS-UTC-001 home. The carried-item disposition gives P2-03, P2-04 and P2-05 exact ID sets.
3. New findings introduced by H-21 to H-30
C-01NEW · CLARITY
The H-12 table preamble still says every row has next_action NONE
BM: W002-HELP-001.8 · Introduced by H-26
- E DS-MAT-017 was added to the H-12 specialized-allocation table, whose preamble still reads "Every row has severity: ERROR, behavior: REFUSE, and next_action: NONE." The DS-MAT-017 row says
RUN_REPAIR_MAP.
- I The intended value is not in doubt. The row, the H-26 paragraph in W002-HELP-001.8, the binding in W002-HELP-001.6 and the canonical pinned JSON all say RUN_REPAIR_MAP. But a universally quantified normative sentence should not be false in a frozen contract.
Direction. Change the preamble to "next_action: NONE except DS-MAT-017, whose next_action is RUN_REPAIR_MAP".
C-02NEW · CLARITY
"Successfully published" has two readings after rollback
BM: W002-RCP-006W002-RCP-007W002-MAT-002.7 · Fixture: REFUSED__MATERIALIZE__MAP_PUBLICATION_STAGE.txt · Introduced by H-24
- E The later-stage fixture reports
RID_ACTION: CREATEDwith the exact promoted RID filename, which W002-RCP-007 calls "the exact published RID filename". YetCREATED_ARTIFACT_COUNT: 0, though W002-RCP-006 defines the tail as the filenames "successfully published by the run". The fixture README explains the RID is excluded "under All-or-Refuse rollback/final-publication accounting", but no requirement states that rule, and no Receipt fact says whether the promoted RID was rolled back or survives as non-authoritative residue.
- I The golden bytes pin the answer (count 0), so acceptance cannot diverge. The text alone, however, reads both ways.
Direction. Add one sentence to W002-RCP-006: the created-artifact list contains only artifacts that remain committed governed artifacts when the Run finishes, so artifacts promoted and then rolled back (or left as non-authoritative residue) under All-or-Refuse are excluded. Also add to W002-RCP-007: with RID_ACTION: CREATED, RID_FILENAME records the RID identity promoted during the Run even if that RID was later rolled back.
C-03NEW · CLARITY
The DS-UTC-001 acceptance lines omit map_profile
BM: W002-WKO-ACC-004W002-WKO-ACC-005 · Introduced by H-29
- E Both acceptance gates still say chronology refusals "must emit DS-UTC-001 with exact observed_host_utc, predecessor_map_filename, and predecessor_utc facts". Neither mentions the new required
map_profile, which should beWKOin W002-WKO-ACC-004 andSTOREin W002-WKO-ACC-005. The general F-22 rule in W002-HELP-001.8 still obliges acceptance to test pinned facts, so this is not a coverage hole, but the specific gates now under-describe the frozen contract.
Direction. Add map_profile: WKO to W002-WKO-ACC-004 and map_profile: STORE to W002-WKO-ACC-005.
4. Independent verification
- Master population. 803 requirements and 0 duplicate IDs. Visible ID, SCOPE, BUILD and STATUS match the data attributes on every article. Exactly 402 have SCOPE=WASM-002, all UNDER REVIEW with blank BUILD. One DOCTYPE. Zero stale
data-searchentries, regenerated independently. - Delta since H-20. No ID added, removed or re-scoped. Exactly eight requirement texts changed, each matching its claimed repair: W002-UI-ACC-019, MAT-ACC-002, MAT-002.7, RCP-007, RCP-008, CONV-ACC-001, HELP-001.6 and HELP-001.8. The superseded conversion ID appears zero times in the master and the cut; the six occurrences are all in the append-only integration log's historical F-16, F-22 and H-02 entries, as expected.
- Focused cut. It contains exactly the master's 402 WASM-002 IDs, in master order, with identical titles and visible text and zero stale search entries.
- Fixture corpus. 7 SUCCESS and 29 REFUSED Receipts. Since H-20, two refusals were added (already-valid UTF-8; MAP-stage publication) and one changed (undefined-byte CONVERT); the other 33 are byte-identical to the H-20 corpus I validated. All 36 pass my validator built from W002-RCP-005 to 008 (physical form, envelope and per-operation key order, indexed tails, quoting, RECEIPT_UTC binding, closed tokens) and the W002-RCP-006 temporal chain. Review copies match their golden counterparts.
- Traceability. Every one of the 241 rows names IDs present in H-30, final states are recorded for the replace and retire rows, and the disposition uses exact IDs.
- Regression. The requirements behind the ten findings closed at H-20 are unchanged since H-20: W002-MAT-002.8, 001.7 and 003.2; STOR-018.x and STOR-019.x; CONV-002.4; CONV-004.2/.3; and front matter. Their fixtures (NO_HEADER_RECORD pair, registry repair) are also unchanged. The only edits to shared Receipt requirements (RCP-007/008) add rows without altering existing ones.
- Coverage limit. As requested, this was a focused re-check of the delta plus regression spot-checks, not a fresh full review of all 402 requirements.
5. Gate conclusion
READY FOR WASM-002 PRD FREEZE
All sixteen H-04 findings and N-01 to N-04 are closed against H-30 and the H-29 corpus. I find no blocking or material integration defect, and no regression.
Recommended with the freeze edit. C-01 to C-03 are clarity-only and don't affect the gate. Each is a one-sentence change to W002-HELP-001.8, W002-RCP-006/007 and W002-WKO-ACC-004/005, and none alters a golden byte. If T applies them before freezing, the frozen master's hash will differ from H-30. In that case a mechanical audit showing that only those requirements changed is sufficient; no further adversarial pass is needed. T may also freeze H-30 as is and carry C-01 to C-03 as tracked errata.
